We value the work of emergency medicine PAs and want to support your next step. While our DMSc is already affordable, SEMPA members working in emergency departments, trauma settings, and urgent care are eligible for a dedicated DMSc scholarship, which reduces your tuition by 20%.

All tracks are designed to align with emergency medicine careers and can be completed in 9 or 12 months depending on your background.
• Health Systems Leadership (12 months) - Lead ED operations, improve patient safety, and drive system-level change.
• Health Professions Education (12 months) - Teach in PA programs or formalize your role as a preceptor or clinical educator.
• Lifestyle Medicine (12 months) - Integrate prevention and behavior change into acute care and post-ED transitions.
• Early Career PA (9 months) - Within 3 years of graduation? Leverage the momentum of PA school and complete your doctorate early.
• PA Fellow Track (9 months) - Designed for PAs enrolled in or who have completed a fellowship/residency.
• Experienced Educator Track (9 months) - An expedited track for PA educators with 3 or more years of experience as principal faculty at an ARC-PA accredited PA program.
